Ошибка многих буксов в том, что они не могут спрогнозировать возможную нагрузку на сайт и хостинги часто блокируют их аккаунты. Обычно в течение суток все решается. Просто у каждого хостинга, если это не выделенный сервер есть какие-то определенные ограничения на ресурсы, которые должен потреблять сайт.  И если эти ограничения превышаются - аккаунт блокируют. Так что на хостиге экономить не стоит. Лично я в ближайшее время буду перебираться на более дорогой и качественный хостинг, потому что работа нынешнего меня уже не устраивает :-( Да ничего не делать, подождем пока решат свою проблему.
